STEP 4

Once we have received your hair tool, we will verify it & send £100 back to the account that was used to make the purchase.

How do I trade in my electrical hair tool? 

You can trade in your electrical hair tool and get £100 off a new ghd Chronos, ghd Chronos Max, OR ghd Chronos Max Gift Set. To trade in your electrical hair tool, you must enter code TRADEIN at check-out when purchasing your new ghd Chronos, ghd Chronos Max or ghd Chronos Max Gift Set. You will receive an insert to generate a pre-paid shipping label with your new tool so that you can send your electrical hair tool to us within 14 days of receiving your new straighteners to qualify for your partial refund. Once we receive and verify your return has met the promotion criteria, we will issue a partial refund of £100 to your original payment method within 14 days. How and when do I get the £100 back?

Can I trade in my electrical hair tool if it’s broken?

How do I send back my electrical hair tool? 

When you purchase your ghd Chronos or ghd Chronos Max using the code ‘TRADEIN’ at check-out, you will be sent an insert to generate a pre-paid shipping label with your new tool.
