* Our free delivery service is only available within the UK, all deliveries between 8am and 8pm (Mon - Sat). Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Tracked 24, Parcel Force services and Evri.

We offer FREE Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 8pm Monday – Thursday. Orders placed after 8pm on Friday up until 8pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. During peak periods such as Black Friday, there may be changes to this cut off time due to high demand - we recommend ordering in good time to avoid disappointment! On rare occasions, Next Day Delivery may be unavailable, and we will aim to deliver within our Standard UK Delivery window of 2-3 working days.

Pre-ordering gives you the chance to be to be amongst the first to order selected limited edition and newly released ghd products.

You can place a pre-order for a product in the same way as you would with any other order and the expected dispatch date will be displayed on the product, basket and checkout pages. Please be aware if you place an order that contains both pre-order and currently available products, you won't receive the order until all of the products are ready for delivery. If you would like to receive an 'in stock' product sooner, please order this product separately from the pre-order product.

Acceptance of Pre-Orders will take place when we dispatch the product ordered.

Sales are charged at the time the Pre-Order item becomes available which is usually 3-4 days before the item is dispatched. If there is a billing issue that prevents us from charging your account, then your order will be cancelled and we will notify you via email how you can fulfill your order.
