ghd Warranty Returns
ghd products are manufactured to the highest standards and tested rigorously before release. However, if for any reason, you need to return your product under the warranty, we will ensure that the whole process is as simple as possible.
Simply complete the below form where you will be provided with a returns form and postage label. When sending your return please ensure that you obtain and keep hold of the proof of postage.
- Please print and include the returns form with your return.
- When returning your product please ensure that no boxes or accessories are included, as we are unable to guarantee that these will be returned to you.
- As ghd do not operate a repair service, should a manufacturing fault be detected you would receive a replacement product.
- If a limited-edition product is not available this will be replaced on a like-for-like basis with the equivalent product under the warranty terms.
- Any replacement products will be sent with a UK 3 pin plug.
We always aim to resolve your good hair days within 14 working days of the product being received.
