RETURN POLICY
Please note that all personalized products are considered bespoke items and cannot be returned.
We offer a 21-day ‘no hassle’ policy that allows you to return your product to us for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to process exchanges. To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box, including all original packaging and accessories.
Please complete the Returns Form, which you can find on the reverse side of your invoice. Be sure to follow the “Returning Instructions.”

We recommend that you ship your package using a delivery service that provides tracking information. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the return postage fee. Please note that customers are responsible for all expenses associated with returning orders for a refund.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Your refund will be credited back to the original form(s) of payment within 7-10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account.
