STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
All orders placed on www.ghdhair.com/nz comes with a 21-day return period for all or part of your order. Which must be in an unused and restockable condition, with the exclusion on Personalised orders which cannot be returned.

ONCE YOU COMPLETE THE RETURNS FORM
You will be emailed return instructions advising how to return your product and where to send it to.
Items will need to be in unused, restockable condition for exchange or refund. Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns and you will be required to organise delivery at your own expense. You must use a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure a safe return, as we will not accept responsibility if your item is lost or damaged in transit. Any product sent without a return authorisation will not be approved and will be returned at your own expense.
Any free gift received with your purchase will also need to be returned for a full refund. If not returned the full RRP will be deducted from your refund.

We always aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt. To ensure safe delivery please keep hold of your tracking details. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.
Of course every ghd product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return your styler or any other ghd product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
