I purchased a replacement straightener for my old reliable GHD and after receiving the wrong shipment from the company began an obnoxious trail. My experience with customer service was so dismal I’ll certainly never dare purchase anything from this company again. While the straightener works fine, there’s much better places I’d rather give my money than to ever do this again.

I had the original one from 16 years ago that worked great. It suddenly stopped working. I bought a new “original” one and it is completely different. The new one is lightweight and the rods move off center when clamped. I was very disappointed at the lesser quality. Also my hair turned curly almost immediately. Frizz was pretty bad too. Not the same original. The reason I left 2 stars instead of one is because it was less price than my og one. Although a lot less quality. Won’t buy again. Sad.
